Large and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Close to Ancol and malls. Cool A/C throughout the hotel. Spacious room. Polite staff. Exciting adventure village nearby. 10-minute walk to Ancol Marina.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel with excellent cleanliness, spacious rooms and polite staff who made us feel at home. The hotel facilities were up to the mark and the location was perfect with easy access to exciting adventure village Ancol and Ancol Marina - Gateway to 1000 Island Resort. The staff may have had limited English but they were kind and offered valuable information to us.
No negatives.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved the comfortable bed and the fragrant flowers that added a touch of romance to the room. The location was ideal, within walking distance to shopping centers and a beautiful beach.
The breakfast was not good quality and the menu was limited. We also had trouble communicating with some staff members due to a language barrier.

Some visitors reported issues with slippery tile floors in the bathroom and a lack of certain amenities, such as a fridge or pool.

The hotel is located in a prime spot: it's within walking distance of a popular amusement park and several restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast spread was diverse and tasty.
The hotel staff was unhelpful and gave inconsistent information. the hot water in the shower was not working properly.
